Create a control panel for managing tickets

Description

The /ticketcontrolpanel command creates a control panel with buttons that allow staff to manage tickets efficiently. The panel includes buttons for claiming, closing, reopening, deleting, and generating transcripts.

Control Panel Buttons

  • Claim (green): Assign the ticket to yourself
  • Close (blue): Close the ticket and restrict access
  • Opened (gray): Reopen a closed ticket
  • Delete (red): Permanently delete the ticket channel
  • Transcript (blue): Generate a transcript of the ticket

How it works

  • Creates an interactive panel in the ticket channel
  • Staff can click buttons to perform ticket management actions
  • Each action is logged and can be tracked
  • Provides quick access to all ticket management functions

Permissions Required

  • Must be used in a ticket channel
  • Must have support role or administrator permissions
